The Messenger of Allah ﷺ used to take us out on military campaigns, accompanied by women from the Ansar who would provide water and tend to the wounded.
كان رسول الله ﷺ يغزو بنا، معه نسوة من الأنصار لتسقي الماء، وتداوي الجرحى.
Tabarani related it in Al-Kabir (25/123–124), and Ibn Hibban graded it sahih (4723), both through routes from Salt bin Masud Jahdari, who said, "Jafar bin Sulayman Dubai narrated to us, from Thabit Bunani, from Anas, from his mother Umm Salim," and he mentioned it.Haythami said in Al-Majmu (5/234), "Tabarani related it, and its narrators are the narrators of the sahih."I say, it is as he said, and its chain of transmission is sahih.
