I went on seven military expeditions with the Messenger of Allah ﷺ, staying behind with their belongings. I would prepare food for them, treat the wounded, and tend to the sick.
غزوت مع رسول الله ﷺ سبع غزوات، أخلفهم في رحالهم، فأصنع لهم الطعام، وأداوي الجرحى، وأقوم على المرضى.
Muslim narrated it in the Book of jihad (1812), from Abu Bakr bin Abu Shayba, who said, "Abdul-Rahim bin Sulayman narrated to us, from Hisham, from Hafsa bint Sirin, from Umm Atiya al-Ansariyah," and he related it.
