I heard the Messenger of Allah ﷺ say, "I am a guarantor, and a guarantor is one who pledges, for anyone who believes in me, embraces Islam, and emigrates, of a house on the outskirts of Paradise and a house in the middle of Paradise. And I am a guarantor for anyone who believes in me, embraces Islam, and strives in the path of Allah, of a house on the outskirts of Paradise, a house in the middle of Paradise, and a house in the highest chambers of Paradise. Whoever does this has left no good unsought and no evil unfled. He may die wherever he wishes to die."
سمعت رسول الله ﷺ يقول: أنا زعيم- والزعيم الحميل- لمن آمن بي وأسلم وهاجر ببيت في ربض الجنة، وببيت في وسط الجنة. وأنا زعيم لمن آمن بي وأسلم وجاهد في سبيل الله ببيت في ربض الجنة، وببيت في وسط الجنة، وببيت في أعلى غرف الجنة، من فعل ذلك، فلم يدع للخير مطلبا، ولا من الشر مهربا، يموت حيث شاء أن يموت.
Nasai narrated it (3135), Ibn Hibban graded it sahih (4619), and so did Hakim (2/71), through routes from Ibn Wahb, who said, Abu Hani Khawlani told me, from Amr bin Malik Janabi, that he heard Fadala bin Ubayd, and he mentioned it.Its isnad is hasan because of Abu Hani Khawlani, who is Humayd bin Hani, whose hadith is hasan. Hakim said, "It is a sahih hadith according to the criterion of Muslim." I say, Muslim did not narrate from Amr bin Malik.Ibn Hibban said, "Zaeem is the dialect of the people of Madinah, hameel is the dialect of the people of Egypt, and kafeel is the dialect of the people of Iraq. It seems that this expression, 'zaeem hameel,' comes from the words of Ibn Wahb and was inserted into the report."
