I extended my hand to the Prophet ﷺ when I was a young boy so that he might take my pledge of allegiance, but he did not accept my pledge.
مددت يدي إلى النبي ﷺ وأنا غلام ليبايعني فلم يبايعني.
Nasai (4183) narrated it from Abdul-Rahman bin Muhammad bin Salam, who said, Amr bin Yunus told us, from Ikrima bin Ammar, from Harmas bin Ziyad, who said, and then he mentioned it.Its chain is hasan because of Ikrima bin Ammar and Abdul-Rahman bin Muhammad bin Salam, for they both give the hadith the grade of hasan.
