The Messenger of Allah said, "After me there will be rulers who act upon what they know and do what they are commanded. Then after them there will come rulers who act upon what they do not know and do what they are not commanded. Whoever rejects them is absolved, whoever holds back is safe, but the one who is pleased with them and follows them is not."
قال رسول الله: سيكون من بعدي خلفاء يعملون بما يعلمون، ويفعلون ما يؤمرون، وسيكون من بعدهم خلفاء يعملون بما لا يعلمون، ويفعلون ما لا يؤمرون، فمن أنكر برئ، ومن أمسك سلم، ولكن من رضي وتابع.

Ibn Hibban (6659) and Bukhari in Tarikh al-Kabir (1/329) both narrated it through various routes from Uzai, from Ibrahim bin Murrah, from Zuhri, from Abu Salama, from Abu Hurairah, who said, and then he mentioned it.Abu Yaala (5902), Ibn Hibban (6658, 6660), and Bayhaqi (8/157-158) all narrated it through various routes from Uzai, from Zuhri, from Abu Salama, from Abu Hurairah, and then he mentioned it. That is, they did not mention the intermediary between Uzai and Zuhri.Bukhari in Tarikh al-Kabir (1/329) and Daraqutni in Ilal (8/244-245) both gave preference to the first route, which contains the intermediary, namely Ibrahim bin Murrah Shami. Because of this, its chain of transmission is hasan.As for Ibn Hibban, he said, "Uzai heard this report from Zuhri, and he also heard it from Ibrahim bin Murrah, from Zuhri, so both routes are preserved."
