The Prophet ﷺ forbade mixing dates with Zabib, and mixing dates with Busr.In another narration, "Whoever among you drinks nabidh, let him drink it made from Zabib alone, or dates alone, or Busr alone."
أن النبي ﷺ نهى عن التمر والزبيب أن يخلط بينهما، وعن التمر والبسر أن يخلط بينهما. وفي رواية: من شرب النبيذ منكم فليشربه زبيبا فردا، أو تمرا فردا، أو بسرا فردا.
Muslim narrated it in the Book of Drinks (1987) from Yahya bin Yahya, from Yazid bin Zuray, from Taymi, from Abu Nadra, from Abu Saeed, who said, so he related it. The other narration comes through Abu Mutawakkil Naji, from Abu Saeed Khudri, with the same content.
