Ahmad narrated it in al-Ashribah (184) and Tabarani in al-Kabir (20/218), both through the route of Jami bin Matar al-Habati, who said, Muawiya bin Qurra told us, he said, Maqil bin Yasar said, and then he narrated it. The wording given is that of Tabarani. Ahmad's wording is, "So we set about drinking it, saying, 'This is the last of the wine.'"Its chain of transmission is hasan because of Jami bin Matar al-Habati al-Basri, for he is hasan al-hadith.As for his saying "al-Fadikh," it is a drink made from unripe dates without being touched by fire.
