Sahl bin Saad reported,

We used to look forward to Fridays. There was an old woman among us who would take the roots of chard, put them in a pot of hers, and add a few grains of barley. When we had finished the prayer, we would go visit her, and she would serve it to us. That was why we used to look forward to Fridays. We would not eat lunch nor take our midday nap until after the Friday prayer. By Allah, there was no fat or grease in it.

Sahih
