The Prophet ﷺ said, "A household that has dates will not go hungry."
أن النبي ﷺ قال: لا يجوع أهل بيت عندهم التمر.
Muslim narrated it in the Book of Drinks (2046) from Abdullah bin Abdul-Rahman Darimi, who said, Yahya bin Hassan informed us, who said, Sulayman bin Bilal narrated to us, from Hisham bin Urwa, from his father, from Ayesha, and he mentioned it.Tirmidhi also reported it (1815) through this same route, and he quoted Bukhari as saying, "I do not know of anyone who narrated it other than Yahya bin Hassan."I say, it is not as he said. Rather, it was also narrated by Marwan bin Muhammad, who is Ibn Hassan Asadi Dimashqi, a trustworthy narrator, from Sulayman bin Bilal with his chain of transmission. Ibn Majah narrated it (3327), and Ibn Hibban graded it sahih (5206).
