We were forty thirsty men, and we all drank from the waterskin of a polytheist woman, and we also washed our companion who was in a state of major ritual impurity.
شربنا ونحن أربعون رجلا عطاش من مزادة امرأة مشركة، وغسلنا صاحبنا الجنب.
Bukhari related it in Manaqib (3571), and Muslim in Masajid (682), both from the hadith of Salm bin Zurayr, who said, "I heard Abu Rajaa Al-Atardi say, 'Imran bin Husayn told us.'" He then mentioned the hadith, a long hadith which will come in full in Dalail Nubuwwah.
