I said, "Messenger of Allah, my husband has divorced me three times, and I fear he may break in upon me."He then instructed her, and she moved away.
قلت: يا رسول الله، زوجي طلقني ثلاثا، وأخاف أن يقتحم علي. قال: فأمرها فتحولت.
Muslim narrated it in the Book of Divorce (1482) from Muhammad bin Muthanna, who said, Hafs bin Ghiyath narrated to us, who said, Hisham narrated to us, from his father, from Fatimah bint Qays, and he related it.Fatimah bint Qays was a Qurashi woman from the Fihr clan, one of the earliest emigrants. She possessed both beauty and intelligence, and it was in her house that the people of the consultative council gathered when Umar was killed. Abu Jahm bin Hisham and Muawiya bin Abu Sufyan had both proposed marriage to her, but the Prophet ﷺ said, "Marry Usama bin Zayd." She disliked the idea at first, but then became pleased with him, and Allah placed in that a great good.
