The Prophet ﷺ consummated his marriage with a woman, and he sent me to invite Some men to the meal.
بنى النبي ﷺ بامرأة، فأرسلني فدعوت رجالا إلى الطعام.
Bukhari narrated it in the Book of Marriage (5170), from Malik bin Ismail, who said, Zuhayr narrated to us, from Bayan, who said, I heard Anas say, then he mentioned it.There is no disagreement among the scholars regarding the permissibility of holding the wedding feast before or after the consummation of the marriage, except that it has not been established from the Prophet ﷺ that he held a wedding feast before the consummation.
