The Messenger of Allah ﷺ commanded us to perform mutah in the year of the Conquest, when we entered Mecca, then we did not leave it until he forbade it to us.
أمرنا رسول الله ﷺ بالمتعة عام الفتح، حين دخلنا مكة، ثم لم نخرج منها حتى نهانا عنها.
Muslim narrated it in the Book of Marriage (22:1406) from Ishaq bin Ibrahim, who said, Yahya bin Adam informed us, who said, Ibrahim bin Saad narrated to us, from Abdul-Malik bin Rabi bin Sabra Juhani, with his chain of transmission, and he mentioned it.
