I found a document in the hilt of the Messenger of Allah's ﷺ sword which read,"The most insolent of people are three. A man who strikes someone other than the one who struck him, a man who kills someone other than his killer, and a man who attaches himself in loyalty to other than those who showed him kindness. Whoever does any of this has rejected what Allah and His Messenger have revealed. Allah will accept from him neither obligatory worship nor voluntary deeds. The believers are equal in the value of their blood, and the protection granted by the lowest among them is binding upon them all. A Muslim is not to be killed in retaliation for a disbeliever, nor is one bound by a treaty to be killed during the term of his treaty.People of two different religions do not inherit from one another. A woman is not to be married to a man who is already married to her paternal aunt or her maternal aunt. There is no prayer after Asr until the sun sets. And a woman is not to travel for three nights except with a Muharram."
It was narrated by Abu Yaala (4757), Daraqutni (3/131), Hakim (4/349), Bayhaqi (8/29–30), and Marwazi in Sunnah (248), all through various routes from Ubaydullah bin Abdul-Rahman bin Mawhab, who said, I heard Malik bin Muhammad bin Abdul-Rahman say, I heard Amra bint Abdul-Rahman narrate from Ayesha, who said... and he mentioned the hadith, though some narrators abridged it.Hakim said, "Its chain of transmission is sahih." I say, its chain of transmission is hasan because of Ubaydullah bin Abdullah bin Mawhab, concerning whom there is disagreement, though his hadith is hasan.
