When Mecca was conquered for the Messenger of Allah ﷺ, he said, and the narrator mentioned the hadith in its full length, including, "A woman is not to be married to a man who is already married to her Amtah, nor to her maternal aunt."
لما فتحت مكة على رسول الله ﷺ قال: فذكر الحديث بطوله وفيه ولا تنكح المرأة على عمتها، ولا على خالتها.
Narrated by Ahmad (6681, 6712), Ibn Abu Shayba (4/247), Abdul-Razzaq (10750), and Marwazi in Sunnah (246, 245), all of them from the hadith of Amr bin Shuayb with his chain of transmission. Its chain is hasan because of Amr bin Shuayb, for his hadith is hasan.
