Anas bin Malik reported,

When the Messenger of Allah ﷺ took Safiyyah, he stayed with us for three days.

Abu Dawud (2123) narrated it from Wahb bin Baqiya and Uthman bin Abu Shayba, from Hushaym, from Humayd, from Anas bin Malik, and he related it.Abu Dawud said, Uthman added, "and she was a previously married woman," and he said, Hushaym narrated to me, Humayd informed us, Anas narrated to us, and he related it.Imam Ahmad (11952) narrated it from Hushaym with his chain of transmission, similarly.
