Tabarani reported it in Al-Awsat - Majma Al-Bahrayn (2308), from Muhammad bin Isa bin Sakan, who said, Ali bin Bahr told us, from Ibn Abu Fudayk, from Dahhak bin Uthman, from Muhammad bin Munkadir, from Jabir bin Abdullah, who said, and then he related it.Haythami said in Al-Majma (4/299), "Tabarani reported it in Al-Awsat, and its narrators are trustworthy."Its chain is hasan because of Ibn Abu Fudayk, whose name is Muhammad bin Ismail bin Abu Fudayk, and his teacher Dahhak bin Uthman, for these two make the hadith hasan."Al-Mahash" (with fatha on the mim, with an unpointed ha, and after the alif a doubled pointed shin) is the plural of "mahashah" (with fatha or kasra on the mim), which means the rear (the buttocks/anus).
