The Messenger of Allah ﷺ said, "Allah will not look at a man who has intercourse with another man, or with a woman in the anus."
قال رسول الله ﷺ: لا ينظر الله إلى رجل أنى رجلا، أو امرأة في الدير.
Tirmidhi (1165) and Abu Bakr bin Abu Shayba (4/251-252) narrated it, and Ibn Hibban (4418, 1204, 4203) and Ibn Jarud (729) graded it sahih, all of them through the hadith of Abu Khalid Ahmar, from Dahhak bin Uthman, from Makhrama bin Sulayman, from Kurayb, from Ibn Abbas, who mentioned it. Tirmidhi said, "Hasan gharib." Bazzar said, We do not know of it being narrated from Ibn Abbas with a chain better than this one. Abu Khalid Ahmar narrated it alone from Dahhak bin Uthman, mentioning it with its chain, and Ibn Adi said the same. Its chain is hasan because of Abu Khalid Ahmar, for his hadith is hasan. Ibn Hazm also graded it sahih in al-Muhalla (10/70).However, Nasai narrated it in al-Kubra (8953) from Hannad, from Waki, from Dahhak, making it stopped at Ibn Abbas, and this is what Ibn Hajar preferred in al-Talkhis (3/181).I say, although the technical craft of hadith criticism would favor the stopped ruling, since Waki was more reliable than Abu Khalid Ahmar, something like this cannot be judged merely by personal opinion, for it carries the ruling and narration of a raised hadith.
