The Prophet ﷺ said, "Jibreel came to me and gave me the good news that whoever dies without associating anything with Allah will enter Paradise."I asked, "Even if he stole? Even if he committed adultery?"He replied, "Even if he stole and even if he committed adultery."
عن النبي ﷺ قال: أتاني جبريل فبشرني أنه من مات لا يشرك بالله شيئا دخل الجنة. قلت: وإن سرق، وإن زنى؟ قال: وإن سرق وإن زنى.
Bukhari narrated it in the Book of Tawhid (7487), and Muslim in the Book of Faith (94), both from Muhammad bin Bashshar, who said, "Muhammad bin Jafar Ghundar narrated to us, Shubah narrated to us from Wasil Ahdab, from Marur bin Suwayd, who said, 'I heard Abu Dharr,'" and he mentioned it.
