The Messenger of Allah ﷺ said, "Allah will not look at a woman who fails to show gratitude to her husband while she cannot do without him."
قال رسول الله ﷺ: لا ينظر الله إلى امرأة لا تشكر لزوجها، وهي لا تستغني عنه.

Nasai narrated it in Sunan al-Kubra (9086) from Amr bin Mansur, who said, Muhammad bin Mahbub told us, who said, Sarar bin Mujashir bin Qabisa Basri, trustworthy, told us, from Saeed bin Abu Aruba, from Qatada, from Saeed bin Musayab, from Abdullah bin Amr, and he mentioned it.Nasai said, "This Sarar bin Mujashir is a trustworthy Basran. He and Yazid bin Zuray are given precedence with respect to Saeed bin Abu Aruba, because Saeed's memory changed later in his life, so whoever heard from him early on, his hadith is sahih."I say, Saeed bin Abu Aruba was not the only one to narrate it, rather Umar bin Ibrahim also corroborated him. Hakim narrated it (2/190), and from him Bayhaqi (7/294), from Bakr bin Muhammad bin Hamdan Marwazi, who said, Ismail the judge told us, who said, Shadh bin Fayyad told us, who said, Umar bin Ibrahim told us, from Qatada, with his chain, in the same way. Hakim said, "The chain is sahih."But Bayhaqi said, "This is how it came as a raised narration, but the correct view is that it is a saying of Abdullah bin Amr, not raised."He means by this what Nasai narrated in Sunan al-Kubra (9088) through another route, from Shuba, from Qatada, with his chain, as a saying of Abdullah bin Amr.But Nasai himself favored the raised version, for he first graded the chain of Saeed bin Abu Aruba as sahih, then mentioned that it agreed with Umar bin Ibrahim in raising it, but with Hasan in place of Saeed bin Musayab. We found that this Umar bin Ibrahim narrated from Qatada, from Saeed bin Musayab, according to Hakim. This Umar bin Ibrahim was deemed trustworthy by Ahmad bin Hanbal and Ibn Main, and Abdul-Samad bin Abdul-Warith said, "Trustworthy, and above trustworthy." So their addition must be accepted, and the ruling belongs to their hadith.
