The Messenger of Allah said, "The greatest of sins before Allah are three. A man who marries a woman, and once he has fulfilled his desire, divorces her and takes back her dowry. A man who hires a worker and then withholds his wages. And a man who kills an animal for no purpose."
أن رسول الله قال: إن أعظم الذنوب عند الله رجل تزوج امرأة فلما قضى حاجته طلقها، فذهب بمهرها، ورجل استعمل رجلا فذهب بأجرته، وآخر يقتل دابة عبثا.

Hakim narrated it (2/182) from Abu Amr bin Ismail, from Abu Bakr Muhammad bin Ishaq al-Imam, from Abdul-Warith bin Abdul-Samad bin Abdul-Warith al-Anbari, who said, my father narrated to me, from Abdul-Rahman bin Abdullah bin Dinar, from Muhammad bin Sirin, from Ibn Umar, and he related it. He said, sahih according to the criterion of Bukhari, though the two of them did not include it.I say, Abdul-Warith bin Abdul-Samad bin Abdul-Warith is among the men of Muslim, and not among the men of Bukhari. Abu Hatim said of him, truthful. Nasai said, there is no harm in him. Also present in it is Abdul-Rahman bin Abdullah bin Dinar. Although he is among the men of Bukhari, there is disagreement about him, except that his hadith is hasan.
