Her father gave her in marriage when she was previously married, and she disliked that. She came to the Messenger of Allah ﷺ, and he annulled the marriage.
أن أباها زوجها- وهي ثيب- فكرهت ذلك. فأتت رسول الله ﷺ فرد نكاحه.
Malik narrated it in the Book of Marriage (25), from Abdul-Rahman bin Qasim, from his father, from Abdul-Rahman and Mujammi, the two sons of Yazid bin Jariya Ansari, from Khansa bint Khidam Ansariyyah, and he mentioned it.Bukhari narrated it in the Book of Marriage (5138) through Malik's route, in the same manner.As for the wording that came, "There is no marriage for you, go and marry whomever you wish," it is daif. Saeed bin Mansur narrated it (1/157) through another route, from Abu Salama bin Abdul-Rahman, who said, "A woman came to the Messenger of Allah ﷺ and said," and he mentioned something similar.This is mursal, and a mursal narration carries no proof.
