Abu Hurairah reported,
The Messenger of Allah ﷺ said, "I am the closest of people to the believers according to the Book of Allah 
. So whichever of you leaves behind a debt or dependents, call upon me, for I am his guardian. And whichever of you leaves behind wealth, let him pass it on to his heirs, whoever they may be."

Sahihعن أبي هريرة قال
قال رسول الله ﷺ: أنا أولى الناس بالمؤمنين في كتاب الله عز وجل، فأيكم ما ترك دينا أو ضيعة فادعوني، فأنا وليه، وأيكم ما ترك مالا فليؤثر بماله عصبته من كان.

Zia-ur-Rahman Azami
Muslim narrated it in the Book of Inheritance (1619:16), from Muhammad bin Rafi, who said, Abdul-Razzaq told us, Mamar informed us, from Hammam bin Munabbih, who said, this is what Abu Hurairah told us from the Messenger of Allah ﷺ. He then mentioned several hadiths, among them this one.
