The Prophet ﷺ said, "Whoever leaves wealth, it belongs to his heirs, and whoever leaves a dependent, the responsibility falls upon me."In another narration, "And whoever leaves a dependent, I am his guardian."
عن النبي ﷺ قال: من ترك مالا فلورثته، ومن ترك كلا فإلينا. وفي رواية: ومن ترك كلا وليته.
