The Messenger of Allah ﷺ said, "There is not one of you except that a companion from the jinn and a companion from the angels have been assigned to him."
قال رسول الله ﷺ: ما منكم من أحد إلا وقد وكل به قرينه من الجن، وقرينه من الملائكة.
Muslim narrated it in the chapter on the characteristics of the hypocrites (2814) through several routes from Abdul-Rahman bin Mahdi, from Mansur, from Salim bin Abu Jaad, from his father, from Abdullah, who mentioned it.
