The Messenger of Allah ﷺ forbade charging a fee for the stud service of a male camel, and he forbade the sale of water and the sale of land meant for cultivation. These are the things the Prophet ﷺ prohibited.
نهي رسول الله ﷺ عن بيع ضراب الجمل، وعن بيع الماء والأرض لتحرث. فعن ذلك نهي النبي ﷺ.
Muslim narrated it in the Book of Musaqah (1565:35), from Ishaq bin Ibrahim, [who said], Rawh bin Ubada informed us, [who said], Ibn Jurayj narrated to us, [who said], Abu Zubayr informed me that he heard Jabir bin Abdullah say [what he then] mentioned.
