The Messenger of Allah ﷺ ordered that dogs be killed, and he sent word throughout the districts of Madinah that they should be killed.
أمر رسول الله ﷺ بقتل الكلاب، فأرسل فيي أقطار المدينة أن تقتل.
Muslim narrated it in the Book of Musaqah (1570:44) from Abu Bakr bin Abu Shayba, who said, Abu Usama narrated to us, from Ubaydullah, from Nafi, from Ibn Umar, and he related it.
