Bukhari narrated it in the Book of Sales (2207) from Ishaq bin Wahb, who said, Umar bin Yunus narrated to us, he said, my father narrated to us, he said, Ishaq bin Abu Talha Ansari narrated to me, from Anas, and he mentioned it.On this topic there is also what was narrated from Abdullah bin Umar, who said, "The Messenger of Allah ﷺ forbade two kinds of dress, and the Messenger of Allah ﷺ forbade us two kinds of sale, the throwing sale and the touching sale, which were sales they used to conduct in the pre-Islamic era."Nasai narrated it (4516), and this is his wording, and Abu Dawud (4/143), both from the hadith of Jafar bin Barqan, who said, "It reached me from Zuhri, from Salim, from his father," and he mentioned it.Jafar bin Barqan is graded daif regarding Zuhri, as Ibn Main and others said. There is also a discontinuity in it, because of his saying, "It reached me from Zuhri."Therefore Abu Dawud said, "Jafar bin Barqan did not hear this hadith from Zuhri, and it is rejected."
