The Messenger of Allah ﷺ said, "Delay in payment by a wealthy person is an injustice, and when one of you is referred to a solvent person for payment, let him follow up with him."
أن رسول الله ﷺ قال: مطل الغني ظلم، وإذا أتبع أحدكم على مليء فليتبع.
Malik narrated it in Buyu (84), from Abu Zinad, from Araj, from Abu Hurairah, and he mentioned it.Bukhari narrated it in Hawalah (2287), and Muslim in Musaqah (1564), both of them via the route of Malik with the same chain.
