Jabir bin Abdullah reported,

Jabir reported that his father died leaving a debt of thirty wasqs owed to a Jewish man. Jabir asked the man for an extension, but he refused. So Jabir spoke to the Messenger of Allah ﷺ, asking him to intercede on his behalf. The Messenger of Allah ﷺ came and spoke to the Jewish man, asking him to accept the fruit of Jabir's palm trees in settlement of what was owed to him, but he refused. Then the Messenger of Allah ﷺ entered the grove and walked through it, after which he said to Jabir, "Harvest the dates and pay him what is due to him."Jabir harvested the dates after the Messenger of Allah ﷺ had departed, and he paid him the thirty wasqs in full, with seventeen wasqs left over for himself. Jabir then went to the Messenger of Allah ﷺ to inform him of what had happened, and he found him praying the afternoon prayer. When he had finished, Jabir told him about the surplus. The Messenger of Allah ﷺ said, "Tell that to Ibn al-Khattab."So Jabir went to Umar and told him.Umar said to him, "I knew, when the Messenger of Allah ﷺ walked through it, that it would surely be blessed."
