Ayesha reported,

The Messenger of Allah ﷺ came in to see me while I was weeping, and he asked me, "What is making you weep?"I replied, "Messenger of Allah, I thought of the Dajjal and wept."The Messenger of Allah ﷺ said, "If the Dajjal appears while I am still alive, I will deal with him on your behalf. But if he appears after I am gone, know that your Lord عز وجل is not one-eyed. He will emerge from the Jewish quarter of Isfahan and make his way until he reaches Madinah, where he will camp on its outskirts. Madinah at that time will have seven gates, and at every passageway there will be two angels guarding it. The most wicked of its people will go out to him, and then he will proceed to Sham, to a city in Palestine called the Gate of Ludd."
