Azami 5486

It was narrated by Ibn Majah (2304) and Ahmad (27381), both from the hadith of Hisham bin Urwa, from his father Urwa bin Zubayr, from Umm Hani, and he mentioned it. Its chain is sahih. Daraqutni said in al-Ilal (15/368), "The correct view is the view of those who said, from Hisham, from his father, from Umm Hani." He is pointing to the narration of those who narrated it from Hisham, from his father, from Ayesha. Likewise those who narrated it from Hisham, from his father, that the Messenger of Allah ﷺ came to Umm Hani and said that to her. This would make it mursal, since Urwa did not witness the incident.The hadith also has another chain. It was narrated by Imam Ahmad (26902) from Ibrahim bin Khalid, who said, Rabah narrated to me, from Mamar, from Abu Uthman Jahshi, from Musa, or so-and-so, bin Abdul-Rahman bin Abu Rabia, from Umm Hani, that the Prophet ﷺ said to her, "Take up sheep, Umm Hani, for they come home in the evening with blessing and go out in the morning with blessing." However, this chain contains unknown narrators, and Haythami likewise faulted it in al-Majma (4/66).
