Abdullah bin Umar reported,

I heard the Messenger of Allah ﷺ say, "Whoever buys palm trees after they have been pollinated, their fruit belongs to the seller unless the buyer stipulates otherwise. And whoever buys a slave, his property belongs to the seller unless the buyer stipulates otherwise."

Sahih

عن عبد الله بن عمر قال

سمعت رسول الله ﷺ يقول: من ابتاع نخلا بعد أن تؤبر فثمرتها للذي باعها إلا أن يشترط المبتاع، ومن ابتاع عبدا فماله للذي باعه إلا أن يشترط المبتاع.
