The Messenger of Allah ﷺ said, "I have been permitted to speak about an angel whose feet have pierced through the seventh earth, with the Throne resting upon his shoulder, and he is saying, 'Glory be to You. Where were You and where will You be?'"
قال رسول الله ﷺ: أذن لي أن أحدث عن ملك قد مرقت رجلاه الأرض السابعة والعرش على منكبه وهو يقول: سبحانك أين كنت وأين تكون.

Abu Yaala (6588) narrated it from Amr Naqid, who said, Ishaq bin Mansur told us, Israil told us, from Muawiya bin Ishaq, from Saeed Maqburi, from Abu Hurairah, and he related it. Ibn Hajar mentioned it in Matalib Aliyah (3436) by way of Abu Yaala and said, "Sahih." Haythami said in Majma (1/80), "Abu Yaala narrated it, and its narrators are the narrators of the sahih."Tabarani narrated it in Awsat (7324) by another route from Ishaq bin Mansur, with the same chain, and its wording was, "Allah has permitted me to speak of a rooster whose legs pierce through the earth, and whose neck is bent beneath the Throne, and it says, 'Glory be to You, how great You are, our Lord.' It is answered, 'None knows that except one who swears falsely by Me.'" Tabarani said, "No one narrated it from Muawiya except Israil, and Ishaq alone transmitted it."This is not as he said, for Hakim narrated it (4/297) through his route from Ubaydullah bin Musa, who said, Israil informed us, from Muawiya, with the same chain, similarly. Hakim said, "Sahih in isnad." Haythami said in Majma (4/180-181), after attributing it to Tabarani in Awsat, "Its narrators are the narrators of the sahih."Two things are notable here. The first is the difference in wording. The second is Tabarani's statement that Ishaq bin Mansur alone transmitted it from Israil. This is not so, for Ubaydullah bin Musa corroborated him. Moreover, Ishaq bin Mansur is a reliable and firmly established narrator among the narrators of the two sahihs, so his being the sole transmitter is not harmful, especially since he has in fact been corroborated.
