The Messenger of Allah ﷺ said, "The buyer and seller each have the option to cancel the sale as long as they have not parted. If they are truthful and disclose any defects, their transaction will be blessed for them, but if they conceal and lie, the blessing of their transaction will be wiped out."
قال رسول الله ﷺ البيعان بالخيار ما لم يتفرقا، فإن صدقا وبينا بورك لهما في بيعهما، وإن كتما وكذبا محقت بركة بيعهما.
Bukhari reported it in the Book of Business Transactions (2079), and Muslim in the Book of Business Transactions (1532), from the route of Shuba, from Qatada, from Salih Abu Khalil, from Abdullah bin Harith, from Hakeem bin Hizam, who said, then he mentioned it.
