Tabarani narrated it in Al-Awsat - Majma Bahrayn (2193) from Muhammad bin Ali bin Shuayb, who said, Muhammad bin Abu Bilal Tamimi narrated to us, who said, Khalaf bin Khalifa narrated to us, from Muharib bin Dithar, from Ibn Umar, who said what he mentioned.Its isnad is hasan, because of Muhammad bin Ali bin Shuayb, from whom a group narrated, and Daraqutni deemed him trustworthy. His teacher Muhammad bin Abu Bilal Tamimi was described by Ibn Main as, "There is no harm in him." And his teacher Khalaf bin Khalifa Ashjai is hasan al-hadith.
