The Messenger of Allah ﷺ sacrificed a single cow on behalf of the family of Muhammad during the Farewell Pilgrimage.
أن رسول الله ﷺ نحر عن آل محمد في حجة الوداع بقرة واحدة.
Abu Dawud (1750) and Ibn Majah (3135) both narrated it from Ahmad bin Amr bin Sarh al-Misri, Abu Tahir, who said, "Ibn Wahb informed us," who said, "Yunus informed us, from Ibn Shihab, from Amrah, from Ayesha," and he mentioned it. Its isnad is sahih.
