The Messenger of Allah ﷺ said during his Pilgrimage, "Which day is most sacred?"They replied, "This day of ours."He asked, "Which month is most sacred?"They replied, "This month of ours."He asked, "Which land is most sacred?"They replied, "This land of ours."He said, "Your blood and your property are sacred to one another, just as this day of yours is sacred, in this month of yours, in this land of yours."
Imam Ahmad narrated it (14365) from Abu Muawiya, who said, Amash narrated to us, from Abu Salih, from Jabir, and he related it. Its isnad is sahih. He also narrated it (14990) from Muhammad bin Ubayd, who said, Amash narrated to us, with his isnad, and in it all the passages are combined into a single sequence, namely his saying, "Your blood and your wealth are as sacred to one another as the sanctity of this day of yours, in this land of yours, in this month of yours. Have I conveyed the message?" They said, "Yes." He said, "O Allah, bear witness." That came after he had questioned them.
