The Messenger of Allah ﷺ set off, having drawn tight the reins of Qaswa so that her head was nearly touching the front of his saddle, and he was gesturing with his right hand, saying, "People, be calm, be calm." The hadith continues.
ودفع رسول الله ﷺ وقد شنق للقصواء الزمام، حتى إن رأسها ليصيب مورك رحله ويقول بيده اليمنى: أيها الناس، السكينة السكينة الحديث.
