She began menstruating at Sarif and purified herself at Arafah. The Messenger of Allah ﷺ said to her, "Your circuits between Safa and Marwa will suffice for both your Hajj and your Umrah."
أنها حاضت بسرف فتطهرت بعرفة فقال لها رسول الله ﷺ: يجزئ عنك طوافك بالصفا والمروة عن حجك وعمرتك.
Muslim reported it in the book of Hajj (1211: 133), from Hasan bin Ali Hulwani, who said, Zayd bin Hubab told us, Ibrahim bin Nafi told me, Abdullah bin Abu Najeeh told me, from Mujahid, from Ayesha, and he related it.In another version reported by Muslim, the Prophet ﷺ said to her, "This is something Allah has decreed for the daughters of Adam, so perform ghusl, then enter the state of ihram for Hajj." She did so, and stood at the stations, and when she became pure she performed tawaf around the Kaaba and between Safa and Marwa. Then he said to her, "You have now completed both your Hajj and your Umrah."In another version reported by Muslim, "Your tawaf will suffice for both your Hajj and your Umrah."
