Abdullah bin Abbas reported,

The Prophet ﷺ entered the state of ihram for umrah, while his companions entered ihram for hajj. The Prophet ﷺ did not exit ihram, nor did those of his companions who had brought sacrificial animals with them, but the rest of them did exit ihram. Talha bin Ubaydullah was among those who had brought sacrificial animals, so he did not exit ihram.
