Abdullah bin Umar reported,

The Messenger of Allah ﷺ used to stop at Dhu Tuwa and spend the night there until he prayed the dawn prayer when arriving in Makkah. The place where the Messenger of Allah ﷺ prayed was on a rugged hillock, not at the mosque that was later built there, but lower down, on a rugged hillock.
