The Messenger of Allah ﷺ said, "Do not give preference among the prophets, for people will fall unconscious on the Day of Resurrection, and I will be the first whose grave the earth splits open. Then I will find Musa holding onto one of the pillars of the Throne, and I do not know whether he was among those who fell unconscious or whether he was spared on account of his first swoon."
Bukhari narrated it in the Book of Disputes (2412) from Musa bin Ismail, who said, Wahib narrated to us, who said, Amr bin Yahya narrated to us, from his father, from Abu Saeed, and he related it. The hadith contains the story of the dispute between the Muslim and the Jew, which will come in its proper place.Bukhari and Muslim both narrated it, Bukhari (3398) and Muslim in the Merits of Musa (2374), both from the hadith of Sufyan, from Amr bin Yahya, with his chain of transmission, but without any mention of the legs of the Throne.
