When the last ten days of Ramadan arrived, the Prophet ﷺ would tighten his waist-wrap and withdraw from his wives.

Bayhaqi narrated it in Al-Kubra (4/314), and in Fadail al-Awqat (75), from Ali bin Muhammad bin Bishran in Baghdad, who said, Ismail bin Muhammad Saffar told us, Abdul-Kareem bin Haytham told us, Muhammad bin Sabbah told us, Hushaym told us, Shubah told us, from Abu Ishaq, from Asim bin Damra, from Ali, and he related it.Its isnad is hasan because of Asim bin Damra, for his hadith is hasan.
