A man asked the Prophet ﷺ about a fasting person being intimate with his wife, and he gave him permission. Another man came and asked him about it, and he forbade him. The one he gave permission to was an old man, and the one he forbade was a young man.
أن رجلا سأل النبي ﷺ عن المباشرة للصائم؟ فرخص له، وأتاه آخر فسأله فنهاه، فإذا الذي رخص له شيخ، والذي نهاه شاب.
Abu Dawud (2387) narrated it from Nasr bin Ali, who said, "Abu Ahmad, meaning Zubayri, related to us, Israil informed us, from Abu Anbas, from Aghar, from Abu Hurairah," and he mentioned it.Bayhaqi also narrated it through him (4/231-232). Its chain of transmission is hasan on account of Abu Anbas Adawi Kufi, from whom a group of narrators reported, including Shubah, Masaar, Israil, and others.Abdul-Hameed bin Salih Burjumi said, "I asked Yunus bin Bukayr about the name of Abu Anbas." He replied, "He is my maternal grandfather, and his name is Harith bin Ubayd bin Kaab, from Banu Adi." Ibn Hibban mentioned him in Ath-Thiqat.Someone of his standing has his hadith graded hasan, provided it has a basis.
