The Messenger of Allah ﷺ said, "Fasting the month of patience and three days of every month removes the rancor of the heart."
قال رسول الله ﷺ: صوم شهر الصبر، وثلاثة أيام من كل شهر يذهبن وحر الصدر.
Bazzar related it in Kashf Astar (1057), from Yusuf bin Musa, who said, Husayn bin Ali narrated to us, from Zaida, from Simak, from Ikrima, from Ibn Abbas, and he mentioned it.Its chain of transmission is hasan because of Simak, who is Ibn Harb Bakri Kufi. He was truthful in himself, but he used to be inconsistent in his narrations from Ikrima. However, this is not one of the narrations in which he was inconsistent, given the abundance of corroborating reports for it. This is why Bazzar did not fault the hadith on this basis, but rather said, "Zaida narrated it alone from Simak." Zaida is Ibn Qudama Thaqafi, a trustworthy and reliable narrator, so his being alone in narrating it does not harm it.
