The Prophet ﷺ said, "Fasting is a shield from the Fire. Whoever begins his day fasting must not behave foolishly that day, and if anyone treats him foolishly, he should not insult him or curse him, but should say, 'I am fasting.' By the One in whose hand is the soul of Muhammad, the breath of the fasting person is more pleasing to Allah than the scent of musk."
عن النبي ﷺ قال: الصيام جنة من النار، فمن أصبح صائما فلا يجهل يومئذ، وإن امرؤ جهل عليه فلا يشتمه ولا يسبه، وليقل: إني صائم. والذي نفس محمد بيده لخلوف فم الصائم أطيب عند الله من ريح المسك.
Nasai (2234) narrated it from Muhammad bin Yazid al-Adami, who said, Maen narrated to us, from Kharija bin Sulayman, from Yazid bin Ruman, from Urwa, from Ayesha, and he related it.Its chain is hasan because of Kharija, who is the son of Abdullah bin Sulayman, for he is hasan in hadith. And Maen is the son of Isa bin Yahya al-Ashjai, their client, one of the narrators accepted by all the compilers.
