Nasai narrated it in al-Kubra (3304) from Musa bin Hazam Tirmidhi, who said, Yahya, that is Ibn Adam, informed us, he said, Yazid bin Abdul-Aziz narrated to us, from Raqabah, from Burayd bin Abu Maryam, from Anas, and he related it. Its chain of transmission is sahih.Nasai said, "This hadith was narrated by Shubah, from Burayd, from the Prophet ﷺ, as a mursal report, and Shubah is more reliable than those who narrated this hadith."But Daraqutni disagreed with him, saying, "It seems that Raqabah preserved it correctly." al-Ilal (19/12).The correct view is his, since there is evidence supporting it. Raqabah is Ibn Musqalah al-Abdi al-Kufi, who is trustworthy. Ibn Main, Nasai, and Daraqutni all declared him trustworthy, and Imam Ahmad said, "A trustworthy shaykh among the most reliable, one who can be depended upon."
