I used to eat the predawn meal with my family, then hurry to catch up with the Messenger of Allah ﷺ in time for the prostration.
كنت أتسحر في أهلي، ثم تكون سرعتي أن أدرك السجود مع رسول الله ﷺ.
Bukhari narrated it in the Book of Fasting (1920) from Muhammad bin Ubaydullah, who said, "Abdul-Aziz bin Abu Hazim narrated to us, from his father, from Hazim, from Sahl bin Saad," and he mentioned it.
