Some people from the tribe of Uraynah came to the Messenger of Allah ﷺ in Madinah, but they found its climate disagreeable. The Messenger of Allah ﷺ said to them, "If you wish, you may go out to the camels of charity and drink from their milk and their urine."They did so and recovered.
Bukhari related it in the Book of Zakat (1501), and Muslim in the Book of Qasamah (1671), both of them through routes from Anas, mentioning it within a long hadith. It will come in full in the Book of Fighting Rebels (Combatants). His saying, "they found it unhealthy" (ijtawwuha) means they found its climate unsuitable, that is, it did not agree with them, and they disliked it because of an illness that afflicted them there.
